4. Payment Terms

Payment is required upon booking confirmation via Zelle. Services will not be rendered until payment is verified. Refund policies vary by service type.

5. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality of all client information in accordance with IRS regulations and California state laws. Your data is encrypted and securely stored.

6. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the fees paid for services. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
